DESIGN OF A SERVICE PLATFORM FOR SUCTION STRAINER MAINTENANCE

This project involves the design of a service platform to enable VIVO ENERGY to carry out maintenance operations on fire circuit strainers. As a hydrocarbon depot in which several flammable products are stored, it is of paramount importance to increase the maintainability index of the fire network, and through this platform equipped with a gantry crane, strainer maintenance will now be carried out with greater ease and safety.

WISE-LAB was contacted to design the structure:

• Dimensioning of the superstructure (metal framework);
• Sizing of the infrastructure (reinforced concrete foundations);
• Drawing up a technical specification.
